Prop. 12 Proponents Gave $5.3 Million To Politicians

PACs and businesses that support Proposition 12 contributed a total of $5,315,767 to Governor Rick Perry, Lt. Governor David Dewhurst and current members of the legislature during the 2002 election cycle, a new Texans for Public Justice analysis found.
