TPJ Complaint Leads to
$35,000 Fine for Ted Cruz
Following formal complaints from TPJ and the Campaign Legal Center the Federal Campaign Commission (FEC) fined the Cruz campaign $35,000 for failure to disclose over $1 million in loans from Citibank and Goldman Sachs during his 2012 senate campaign.

TPJ Complaint Targets Secret Cruz Loans
TPJ sent a formal complaint to the Federal Election Commission urging the agency to investigate Ted Cruz's failure to disclose bank loans that he used to help finance his 2012 Texas senate race.
