A special prosecutor has been named by Judge Robert Richardson to handle TPJ's criminal complaint against Governor Perry for his actions related to threats made to the Travis County District Attorney. Michael McCrum, a former federal prosecutor from San Antonio will investigate TPJ's allegations. McCrum is currently in private practice at the McCrum Law Office.
