The senior district judge overseeing TPJ's criminal complaint in Governor Perry's "Veto Threat" case has confirmed that a special prosecutor will be named soon. In an interview with Mike Ward of the Austin American-Statesman, Judge Robert Richardson confirmed he will appoint a special prosecutor in the case, perhaps as early as next week.
